Candelarita // A Residential House Turned Artist Studio

This 1940s residential house was transformed into an art studio for a sculptor while preserving its original charm.

The redesign includes a fabrication studio downstairs, a drawing studio upstairs, a relaxation space, and a material library, creating a functional two-story atelier flooded with natural light.

Sky wells were added to bring in light and create captivating shadows that change throughout the day. Despite budget constraints, meticulous attention to detail was crucial for the client, who values three-dimensional art.
